Order / Enquiry Confirmation
All enquiries and orders will be confirmed within two (2) working days from the date of receipt.
No order shall be considered valid unless confirmed by our sales team in writing (email/WhatsApp/official quotation acceptance).
Payment Terms
Delivery of materials will be made only after full payment is received and confirmed in our account.
Orders without advance payment will not be processed.
Product Images & Variations
Some products may slightly vary from the images shown on our website, catalogues, or advertisements.
Customers are advised to request the latest actual product images before placing an order.
We will not be responsible for minor variations in size, color, or packaging as long as the quality and specification remain the same.
Delivery
Delivery time will be informed after payment confirmation.
Any delay due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated in advance.
Order Acceptance
The final acceptance and approval of all orders rests solely with our company management.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order without assigning reasons, in which case any payment received will be refunded.
Returns & Claims
Claims for incorrect or damaged material must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
Returns are subject to management approval and must be in original unused condition.
Jurisdiction
All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
In case of any dispute, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kuwait.
